A focused look at what happens after someone reaches out.

Getting an inquiry is only the beginning. The next steps - response time, ownership, follow-up, and visibility - often determine whether that interest becomes a real conversation.

This focused review looks at how inquiries move through your current process and where prospective customers may encounter delays, confusion, or inconsistent communication.

What's Included?

We’ll examine how prospective customers contact your business through your website and other primary channels.

Practical Recommendations

Receive a concise summary of the most important improvement opportunities and suggested next steps.

Is this a full website or CRM audit?

No. This is a focused review of the path from initial inquiry through follow-up. If we uncover broader website, CRM, or automation issues, we’ll identify them without turning the review into an open-ended audit.

Who is this review for?

It is designed for small businesses that receive inquiries through their website, email, phone, social media, or referral channels and want a more consistent way to manage them.

What will you need from me?

We’ll ask a few questions about how inquiries currently arrive, who responds, what tools you use, and how follow-up is handled. Access to your systems is not required for the initial review unless we agree it would be useful.

Do I need to use HubSpot?

No. The review focuses on your process first. We can assess your current approach whether you use HubSpot, another CRM, a shared inbox, spreadsheets, or a combination of tools.

Will you recommend new software?

Only when it addresses a clear operational need. The first priority is improving the process using the tools and resources you already have.

What happens after the review?

You’ll receive a clear explanation of the gaps we identified and the most practical next steps. If you would like help implementing the recommendations, we can discuss that separately.

Make it easier to turn new inquiries into real conversations.

No generic sales pitch. Just a practical look at how your current process works.
